If you didn't qualify NEET this year, some of what you'll hear from agents is misleading. Here's what's actually true.

If you did not qualify NEET this year, you cannot legally take an MBBS seat anywhere in the world and later practice medicine in India — NMC rules require a qualifying NEET score for any Indian student pursuing an MBBS/MD abroad. Be very cautious of anyone who tells you otherwise. Your realistic options are: reattempt NEET next year, or consider a different course this year.
Some ads and agents claim you can study MBBS abroad "without NEET." This is not accurate for the purpose of practicing in India. If you plan to return and practice medicine in India, NMC requires that you qualified NEET before your foreign admission — a degree obtained without meeting this requirement will not make you eligible for the FMGE/NExT screening exam later.
